We have just had a patio built at our place by Patio World.  We were very impressed with the prompt service and the friendliness of everyone.  Dean and his crew were great, it was never too much trouble for them to answer questions we had and were quite happy to take the time to explain what they were doing and why.

The end result was and is fantastic and it was done in a matter of a few days.  There was never any mess left behind at the end of the day and the working area was always tidy.

…I am over the moon with excitement about my new home…

My name is Maria Reynolds and I have recently had the privelege of choosing Patio World of MACKAY for our extensions to our home.

In the beginning I didn’t have a clue who to do the extensions. I phoned around a few of the builders in town and they were far too busy to give me a quote or didn’t want to know about us. I finally had two local builders give me a time to visit and to do our quote.

I then looked up the Yellow Pages and called Patio World. I spoke to Robert. He was polite and full of information. He came over a few hours later for a quote. He knew what he was talking about and understood what it was that I wanted.

The next day Robert came back to us with a price. I was shocked at the promptness. Meantime I was still waiting to see the builders. They hadn’t turned up. A second call and five thousand dollars more expensive I told them to go jump! We signed the contract and we were away.

When I met Lorraine, I just fell in love with her. She is such a lovely person, full of knowledge and she helped me with colours design etc. She is a wonderful manager and has the respect of all her staff. Lorraine’s input meant a lot to me and her seeing that the job was being carried out correctly was also an important factor for us. Lorraine deserves almost all the credit for our home looking as good as it does. If I was the owner of the store I would give her a really big bonus and a pay rise.

Your Mackay branch has a wonderful Management and staff. Anita is so beautiful. She always made me feel welcome and went out of her way to help me with any of the problems I had.

Now I must give a really big wrap to Mr Bernie! My dad has been a builder for a very long time and he is a perfectionist. Bernie’s work could not be faulted at all. All the work Bernie did, he did exceptionally well and always cleaned up after. I just can’t speak highly enough about these wonderful people. Last but not least there was Darryl. He worked so hard to do all the lattice work for me and I did push a bit towards the end. He is a very nice young man.

You should be very proud of this branch and the people you have chosen to run it. They are really a true asset to your company. As you know by now I am over the moon with excitement about my new home and once again I wish to thank Mackay branch Patio World for making this happen.

Our home has been chosen for the Patio World advertisement. I hope you have taken the time to see it and to check out all the wonderful work your staff has done.
